Persons with Non-local Vaccination
If you have declared your non-local vaccination and/or recovery record to the Government, and then received vaccination in Hong Kong by the same identity document, you can visit COVID-19 Electronic Vaccination and Testing Record System (https://www.evt.gov.hk) to download the combined version electronic vaccination record. If the electronic vaccination record cannot show the complete record, please re-declare the relevant records to the Government.

Continue Vaccination in Hong Kong
For the eligibility issue of non-local resident to receive vaccination, please refer to "About Programme" webpage.
For persons arriving at Hong Kong who are yet to be fully vaccinated, please refer to FAQ 29 for advice.
For persons received vaccine(s) outside Hong Kong, please refer to FAQ 37 for consideration for receiving the additional dose(s).
If error is found in the electronic vaccination record, please refer to FAQs 96 and 100 for help.
